So many fitness classes are based on losing weight, getting sweaty, toning the body… But none centre their focus on the one thing that makes EVERYTHING work!
You could say that Yoga and Pilates offer a similar principle, however in my experience as both a participant and a teacher, breathing, or rather breathing correctly is one of the most complicated areas of both. There is so much focus on the breath that the quality of movement is sacrificed.
Nirvana is different!
With the breathing cued automatically for you throughout the customised soundscapes for each sequence. Following the chime of the Tibetan singing bowl for each breath, controls the speed in which you move, the longevity and depth of the breath you take and the quality of the movement you perform.
Nirvana goes to the very core of Well-Being by centring its entire programme around breath, flow and connectedness. Nirvana is like meditation in movement!
Of course, Nirvana can aid weight loss, will aid muscle tone, WILL strengthen the body and improve aches & pains all whilst deepening the breath and developing a greater sense of overall health.

Regular participation in Nirvana allows you to deepen your natural breathing pattern, and by developing this slower, deeper, more connected respiratory pattern you will benefit from a greater level of cellular oxygenation.
This re-oxygenation allows cells to regenerate, heal and repair, leaving you feeling more energised and focussed.
Weekly classes are strictly limited to 8 participants, and will be held at the following:
