The Success Diary was created by Personal Trainer, Lesley Morrison, initially for her private clients, but after so much positive feedback it was launched as a self help book to offer support for health, weight loss and mindset.

Once you have completed the activities within the Mindset chapters, you enter into the diary. With a week to page view and weekly affirmations, gratuities, goals and achievements records, plus a results Tracker every other week.
The diary helps you to plan, proceed and progress through your health & weight loss journey. Throughout the diary are numerous tips for Nutrition, Health and other topics that will assist you in not only achieving results, but achieving your goals.
