The Goddess Guidebook contains all of the course modules, worksheets and information to help you work through your nutrition and lifestyle transformation one step at a time. However, this isnt a "self-study" programme and you will not be left to to do this alone! But you will be expected to show up for yourself to take action and do the work.
You will have the support, encouragement and guidance that you need throughout.
As a member of the Goddess Lifestyle you will have access to the dedicated 24/7 Support Community on Facebook.
This is a "high-Vide" community for the 20 members of the programme to support, motivate, question, and rise together into their new Goddess form.
COACHING & SUPPORT
Inside the programme, you will have access to weekly coaching sessions where you will get the support and mental nourishment that you need to transform.
Each of these calls will be specifically related to each of the modules and lessons within the guidebook.
You will also be guided through any activity sheets and homework that is necessary for the module.
In addition to the weekly calls, Goddess Guidebook and community support, you will also have access to regular LIVE training's where other important topics can be approached as a group, as well as offering answers to any additional questions being asked.
Module One: Practising Change
Change is a habit in itself and during the first module we make a simple start to practising this. Whilst practising, we start to work on getting really clear on your personal goals, why you're here and why you want to make a change. We'll also discuss why weight and inches aren't always the best method of measuring success and progress.
As we embark on this journey we will start to ask questions and look at why moving away from the crowd, can transform your results and learn more about what may need to be compromised or sacrificed short and long term in order to achieve those major wins.
Module Two: Making The Connection
Life is fast, but whilst ae're busy being busy our bodies are paying the ultimate price. We'll start to focus on that all important connection to your body, as well as how speed isn't necessarily good for everything. We have lived at such a pace for such a time now that we are often overwhelmed and lack clarity, but during this training you will be able to say with certainty what you want, why and how you are going to achieve it. You will also be able to better handle hurdles and situations that may you may face in the future. You will be able to start shedding those unwanted behaviours and m towards your future happiness.
Module Three: Listening to the Body
When we are connected to ourselves and to the body, we start to hear the messages that we are recieving on a daily basis from within. By listening, hearing and recognising these subtle messages you are better able to care for, love and nurture your body in a way that make you feel great. Recognising our hunger and how food makes us feel is just the beginning, as we dive back in time to our past and start to unravel why you may have certain behaviours and beliefs, and of course how you can improve or change these if you want to.
Module Four: Finding Comfort
Every behaviour can be defined as a cry for help or loving response. In other words, your behaviours are a symptom, or burden of something that your body is experiencing. We need to explore your fears and learn to face them, understanding why they are there and what they mean, this can mean stepping beyond the walls of your comfort zone. Our many habits have formed over years, even decades, but investigating their origin can help to change their future. We'll also discuss inner-talk and the language we are using plus how this can impact and affect our attitude and behaviours.
Module Five: Loving Food
Food is an amazing gift from nature, and we need to talk about all of the different food groups and what they add to out lives and how they enrich our bodies. We'll start to give greater attention to not only loving yourself, but also loving food in a healthy manner. You will be encouraged to explore your riches in more than a monetary sense, whilst creating an even stronger connection to the future self. In short, we'll start to heal the relationship you have with food.
Module Six: Letting Go of Judgement
Being happy stretches way beyond achieving a weight loss or dress size, so we'll start to be more playful and care-free as we progress. We want to connect to the inner child and start to develop the ability to live without rules and restrictions. We'll also spend some time letting go of judgements, both of ourselves and of others. Surrender to the body and allow her to guide you!
Module Seven: True Self Love
Making friends with your body allows you to make friends with food, energy, life and love. We will really focus on deepening that beautiful connection, whilst allowing the body to communicate her needs freely. We'll start to explore perceptions, saboteurs and Postive Mental Attitude.
Module Eight: Achieving Flow in the Goddess Lifestyle
In module eight we will start to combine everything into one solid transformation as we talk love, energy, relaxation, cravings, authenticity and the environment.
We will bring all elements together foor the final lessons and teachings of the Goddess Lifestyle.
The nutritional habits practised throughout the programme, along with the mindset teachings will all start to form together to make the future you - the REAL you!
If you want to feel happy and confident within your own skin, but are not sure how or where to start or what do to.
You want to lose some weight, but do so in a healthy manner, without regaining at a later date.
If you want to develop a healthier relationship with food, and stop using food as an escape or coping mechanism
