Womens WellBeing is one of the most requested services in the health industry at the moment, with a rise in women wanting to feel genuinely well and happy within their own bodies. Unfortunately, as an industry standard, fitness instructor or personal trainer are not taught the difference between the needs of a teenage body and a menopausal body. And those differences are quite vast!
I have spent a lot of my career in the fitness industry serving women of a menopausal age, as well as pre & post natal clients in both a 1-2-1 capacity and within group pilates classes, this has given me a great deal of invaluable knowledge, however I have further strengthened this with professional training.
For 2020, I have launched a brand new arm of LM Fitness, called "The Womens WellBeing Coach", and this side division of the business focuses on those specialist areas of wellbeing, including Pregnancy fitness, Menopausal Fitness, Self Love, Gut Reset, Hormone Balance and even the very niche area of Hysterectomy health.
